Presto Templates and Newsstand

Below are common FAQs about the Presto Service and Printing Mailbox. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Click here to ask a question.

Q: How do I change the way my email looks?

A: The Printing Mailbox prints most email in a template that you choose. This is called the Everyday Template. Any email that does not use a special template, like a Birthday or Holiday theme, will be printed in the preferred Everyday template. You can view available everyday templates, and choose a different template, at account.presto.com.

Q: Can I preview a Presto Template prior to sending?

A: If you would like to preview a template for your Presto Mail prior to sending, click here and use the Presto Mail Preview tool.

Q: How do I create an email that will be printed with a special stylized look?

A: You can send a Printing Mailbox user individual email messages that use special themes, called templates. Presto will automatically print your email and photos with the template that you select. To send an email with a template, you need to know the name of the template. Then, simply type the name of the template in the subject line, immediately after your regular subject. For example, if you want to send an email with the subject “Hi Mom” in the template called “Presto Birthday,” you should type the following: Subject: Hi Mom [Presto Birthday]. You can write an email and attach one or more photos just like you always would. Presto will automatically convert your email and photos into the template you selected. The name of the template will not appear in the printed email. (Note: You can view the available special occasion templates at styles.presto.com.)

Q: How do I change the print size of my printed email messages?
